Our specialty is real pit cooked barbeque and fresh cut steaks. Our barbeque is hickory smoked, pulled barbeque pork shoulders and hams. Several years ago, we added beef barbeque and chicken barbeque to our menu and we cook it the slow, old fashioned way too. We cook our barbeque for 16 hours using all wood. We cook our barbeque the right way and the proof is in the tasting.
