We cater all over Central and Northern Virginia . We serve everything from barbeque with the fixings to roast beef and turkey dinners with all of the trimmings. We serve an all-you-can-eat buffet and provide all of the fixings, including ice, iced tea (sweetened and unsweetened), lemonade, paper plates, plastic cups, napkins, and plastic ware.
Our catering fleet consists of a van, two trailers, and a concessions trailer. We charge a minimum fee of $800.00 and can feed as many people as you can pay for. We also prepare whole hogs, drive the cooker to the job and serve from the cooker (if requested) or we can pull the meat, put it in pans and serve it at the tables.
